Volunteers Needed for The Library Book Fair
We are looking for volunteers in our learning commons to support our Book Fair.
No experience is necessary.

Pick ups / Interruptions
Dear Parents and Guardian,
Please refrain from picking up your children after 3:00 pm. Picking up your child from school during the academic day is very disruptive to their learning and the learning of the other students.
Our Office Staff is very limited and signing out your child at the end of the day is very disruptive to our dismissal process.
We are trying to minimize disruptions and interruptions to learning.

Remember we can dispose of your small electronic waste in an eco-friendly way by using the smart bin located at VPPS
We recycle: cell phones, tablets, cameras, chargers, headphones, ink cartridges, cables and any other small electronic devices. We will make sure they get recycled responsibly! Please send your items with your child to the office and we will direct them to the smart bin. Thank you.

Ventura goes to the Marlies!!!
Hello Ventura families. Parent Council is organizing a Ventura families trip to a Toronto Marlies hockey game one weekend towards the end of this year, and we are looking to gauge the interest level. Tickets would cost $25 per person with a portion going back to the school as a fundraiser. You would be responsible for your own transportation (and any associated costs) to and from the game and any concessions purchased while there.
