Dear Families,
There will be no appointments to book on Edsby to pick up or drop of Technology.
Pick a 15 minute time slot from the list below based on your last name and come to school on that day.
The following are the dates and times for the material retrieval and drop off:
Friday June 25, 2021:
• Students with surnames – A – L 8:30 am – 12:20 pm
• Students with surnames – M – Z 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm
Monday June 28, 2021:
• Students with surnames – M – Z 8:30 am – 12:20 pm
• Students with surnames – A – L 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm
Tuesday June 29, 2021:
• Students with surnames – A – L 10:30 am – 11:30 pm
• Students with surnames – M – Z 11:30 pm – 12:30 pm
Families with multiple children attending the same school, can visit multiple homeroom classes.
Please remember to wear a mask and practice social distancing by staying two meters apart from anyone not in your household. There may be a need to line up depending on the flow.
We will be following Public Health recommendations and we ask families to come to the front door to enter the building.
Safety protocols will be in place as you enter school building, and will include:
- practice social distancing by staying two meters apart from anyone not from your household;
- wear a mask
- bring technology
use hand sanitizer as you enter and exit the building (Any one wearing gloves upon arrival will be asked to remove and discard them.
- Musical instruments that belong to the school
- Textbooks
