Good morning Parents & Guardians:
Just a friendly reminder to set-up your Edsby account before November 5th, 2019.
Families will need to create an Edsby account to access the online appointment scheduler for their child’s teachers for Parent Teacher Interviews on November 14th (pm) and November 15th(am). Only families who create an Edsby account prior to the schedule being opened on November 5th will have access.
The server name to associate your Edsby account with is YRDSB.
If you have yet to receive your email invite to join Edsby, please contact the main office to forward you the invitation so you can get started.
Please note: you will be able to book appointments with your child’s homeroom teacher only. If you would like to meet with a rotary teacher, we ask you to contact the teacher directly via email to see if they have times left after their primary homeroom parents have booked their times.
We encourage you to bring your child(ren) with you to meet with their teacher at your scheduled time.
Parent-Teacher interview schedule(s) open at 9:00 am on November 5th for booking. An invitation/link will be sent to your Edsby inbox with a notification.
